# ELS1000 - The First Refilling

# Materials and Tools

Tools:

  • Refilling pipe,
  • Vessel, minimum volume 4 L,
  • 4 L 1% KOH solution.

# Refilling Procedure

  1. Switch off the system.

  1. Disconnect the pipe W1.1 (W1.2) from the port W1.1 (W2.1).

  1. Connect the “only first refilling pipe” to the port W1.1 (W2.1).

  1. Refill the vessel with 4 L of 1% KOH solution.

  2. Put the “only first refilling pipe” inside the vessel.

  1. The water in the Aux. Water Tank must be over the minimum level. If not, refill the tank with demineralised water.

  1. Disconnect the flat cable S2.2 (S1.2) to have that module in error and perform the refilling only for the module A (B).

  1. Switch ON the system. The refill starts automatically.

  1. When the refilling is finished switch OFF the system.

  2. Connect the flat cable S2.2 (S2.1).

  3. Disconnect the “only first refilling pipe” from the port W1.1 (W2.1).

  4. Connect the pipe W1.1 (W1.2) to the port W1.1 (W2.1).

  5. The refilling procedure is complete.
