Account Removal Requests

To delete your account open the Enapter Mobile App, tap More in the bottom menu and open the Accounts screen, then find the Account Removal link. Submit the request and your Enapter Cloud account will be removed permanently in 14 days.

The following data will be deleted from our server:

• Approximate location
• Precise location
• Email, password
• Address
• App interactions
• Device ID

Note

We might keep server-side logs connected with your personal data to ensure safety and security which will be removed automatically according to our internal policy.
